Can I amend my order after I have placed it?At any point before your item is dispatched from our UK warehouse you can change your order. Simply contact our customer service team and they will help you with your query, but please be aware that if a completely new order is placed the lead time will depend on the specific product(s).
Can I cancel my order?Similarly, you can cancel your order at any time before your item is dispatched from the UK. Just contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will be handled as a normal return.
We're sure you will like your item, but if not, you can return it to us after arrival within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Total product value must be £2,500 or under. Commercial purchases are covered by the right to return within 7 days, but only on orders up to £10,000. For commercial orders we will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of collection.
Please ensure you follow our returns process below. Products must be in their original packaging or they are not eligible for a free return. If any damage occurs due to poor packaging VOGA has the right to refuse refund or part of the refund.
